How to Retrieve your Moodle Username and Password

New and existing students can securly retrieve their Moodle username and password anytime through their email account.  Use the email address that you provided ND CDE when you registered for your course.

Instructions

  1. Step1

    Navigate your browser to our Moodle site [moodle.ndcde.org] then click on the button labeled "Yes, help me log in". click for example

  2. Step2

    Enter the email address you provided ND CDE when you registered for your course and click "OK". click for example Our Moodle system will send you an email to confirm your identity and allow you to reset your password. click for example

  3. Step3

    Check your email account. You should receive an email from ND CDE asking you to confirm your identity by clicking the hyperlink within it. click for example Clicking this link will generate a 2nd email containing your Moodle username and password. If your email service is busy, it may take up to 15 minutes(or more) to deliver these email messages to your inbox.

  4. Step4

    The 2nd email you receive will display your Moodle username and password. click for example You now will be able to login to our Moodle system. [moodle.ndcde.org]

If you did not receive the 1st email message or do not know what email address was provided when you were registered for your course, you will need to fill out this form and a customer service representative will contact you. 		Guy with laptop
